Qualification

• MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
• Strong academic record with analytical aptitude

Industry Preference

Candidates with prior experience in the Data Center/ IT Infrastructure or Real Estate Infrastructure sectors will be preferred.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support business operations, client engagement, commercial analysis, and documentation management for our Data Center business. The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with senior management in driving business initiatives, preparing management presentations, supporting commercial transactions, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Business Analysis

• Prepare financial models, business cases, investment analyses, and commercial evaluations.
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
• Analyze business opportunities and prepare management reports and dashboards.

Presentation & Management Reporting

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for customers, investors, management, and strategic partners.
• Prepare business proposals, executive summaries, board presentations, and project updates.
• Convert complex business and technical information into concise and impactful presentations.

Client Management & Front-Ending

• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Support client onboarding, proposal management, and commercial negotiations.
• Act as a coordination point between customers and internal teams.
• Track customer requirements and ensure timely closure of action items.

Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain commercial, contractual, and project documentation.
• Coordinate preparation and review of proposals, MoUs, contracts, NDAs, and other business documents.
• Ensure proper version control and document repository management.
• Track approvals, compliance requirements, and internal workflows.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with finance, legal, technical, operations, and project teams.
• Support leadership in strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis)
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (executive presentations, proposal preparation)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage

• Comfortable interacting with CXOs, customers, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
