Job summary

Aerchain in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional solutions within our enterprise SaaS delivery engine. Fresh graduates with curiosity and strong analytical and communication skills will thrive in solving real-world problems through technology and process.

You will gather requirements, map processes, support UAT, assist training, and help deliver enhancements with cross-functional teams to drive customer success in deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience
• Curiosity to learn SaaS platforms, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal (in English) communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic comfort with tools for project management
• Bonus: Familiarity with procurement processes, Agile/Scrum, or BI dashboards

Responsibilities

• Requirement discovery & documentation - Capture, document, and validate business requirements and process flows in collaboration with solution consultants.
• Project coordination & governance - Maintain trackers, risk logs, and dashboards to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder visibility.
• Process mapping & SOPs - Analyze 'as-is' vs 'to-be' workflows and help standardize best practices across projects.
• Testing & quality Validation - Support internal UAT cycles, track defects, and validate configurations align with business objectives.
• Training & change enablement - Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and adoption reports for client enablement.
• Delivery excellence - Contribute to delivery playbook updates, compliance reviews, and performance analytics for continuous improvement.
