📢 Hiring: Business Analyst – Agentic AI & Data

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Agentic AI and Data to support and drive AI-led transformation initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The role involves bridging business needs with AI-driven solutions, ensuring accurate requirement translation, data alignment, and successful project outcomes.

• Lead and support AI projects – including Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for AI and data‑driven solutions.
• Manage initiatives involving data mapping, translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FSD, User Stories).
• Process digitisation and collaboration across business, IT, and AI engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy.
• Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Implement and maintain project governance documentation – RAID logs, RACI matrices.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies proactively.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign‑offs.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in Banking & Financial Services.
• Proven experience supporting or managing AI‑driven initiatives.
• Practical exposure to Agentic AI concepts or implementations.
• Strong experience in data mapping & transformation, data quality & governance initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
• Exposure to AI governance and ethical AI frameworks.
• Experience with automation, machine learning, or AI‑based workflow systems.
• Certifications: CBAP, SAFe, Agile, PMI‑PBA.
