Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a healthcare background to bridge business needs and technology delivery in Bengaluru. You will elicit, analyze, and document requirements, support stakeholder alignment, and facilitate workshops across the full software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a BA, strong in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and documentation, with hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to define objectives and outcome. Facilitate workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and process walkthroughs to understand current-state workflows.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including healthcare industry experience.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, requirements analysis, process modeling, and functional documentation.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, Microsoft Office, and BPMN/UML modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is highly desirable.
