Job summary

Khatabook in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analyst to streamline lending operations through robust metric tracking and insights.

You will improve data collection, drive KPI analysis, and build dashboards to inform leadership decisions. The role expects strong SQL/Excel skills, experience with BI tools, and a solid foundation in statistics. Collaboration with operations teams will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in analytics.
• Experience in Operations, Customer Experience or Product Analytics preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho).
• Strong knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis.
• Background in statistical modelling and tools like R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS is a plus.

• Help improve data collection, data coverage & visibility for driving deeper insights on metrics related to collections health and efficiency of operations teams.
• Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining KPI measurement and identifying drivers via causal models and trends.

Your role

We, at Khatabook, are looking for a Business Analyst to help streamline our Lending Operations strategy and processes with the help of robust metric tracking, new insights and experiments.

What would you do at Khatabook?

Help improve data collection, data coverage & visibility for driving deeper insights on relevant metrics related to collections health and efficiency of different operational teams. Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining measurement of KPI's, identify it's key drivers by building causal models, communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams. Actively work on analysis, creating dashboards, evaluating experiments with the help of senior team members.

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 Years of experience in Analytics.
• Prior experience in any one among Operations, Customer Experience or Product Analytics is a plus.
• Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, ExcelStrong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho etc.)Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysisStrong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skillsStrong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skillsBackground in statistical modelling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS is a plus.
