Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Senior Manager in Hyderabad to lead marketing operations for major accounts. The role requires deep account management, program leadership, and expertise in ad tech along with strong budgeting and governance capabilities.

The candidate should bring 16+ years of experience, drive strategic initiatives, and manage large multi-disciplinary teams across internal and client stakeholders. Flexibility for shift rotations may be required.

Qualifications

What would you do?

• Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources.
• Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.
• Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships.
• Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

• Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager or similar ad tech platforms
• Strong financial acumen ability to track budgets, profitability, and forecasting
• High-level stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams

• Expertise in workforce planning, shift optimization, and productivity tracking
