Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Senior Business / Systems Analyst to support our enterprise sustainability platform and ESG reporting initiatives. You will analyze and improve business processes, define system requirements, and support solution delivery across a multi-system environment.

The role emphasizes business analysis, process design, and systems integration with opportunities to deepen ESG expertise, including GHG reporting and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in process analysis and design.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
• 2–3 years of Sustainability / ESG experience preferred, including GHG data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks (CSRD / ESRS beneficial).
• Experience supporting ERP ecosystem environments (Finance, HR, Operations) and audit-controlled contexts (SOX) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes, focusing on efficiency, data quality, and standardization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for key processes.
• Identify process gaps and propose scalable, future-state solutions.
• Support process design aligned to enterprise platforms and reporting needs.
• Gather, define, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional and system requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery: requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business / Systems Analyst to support our enterprise sustainability platform and ESG reporting initiatives. This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, defining system requirements, and supporting solution delivery and platform operations within a complex, multi-system environment.

The role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, process design, and systems integration, with the opportunity to develop or deepen expertise in sustainability (ESG), including GHG reporting and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Standardization

• Analyze and document business processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, data quality, and standardization
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, future-state solutions aligned to system capabilities
• Support process design aligned to enterprise platforms and reporting requirements

Requirements & Solution Delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle:
• requirements definition
• solution design
• testing
• deployment and release support
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, platform capabilities, and compliance requirements

Platform & Operational Support

• Support the sustainability platform across both enhancement (change) and production (run) activities

• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance
