Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business / Systems Analyst to support our enterprise sustainability platform and ESG reporting initiatives. This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, defining system requirements, and supporting solution delivery and platform operations within a complex, multi-system environment. The role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, process design, and systems integration, with the opportunity to develop or deepen expertise in sustainability (ESG), including GHG reporting and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis Standardization - Analyze and document business processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, data quality, and standardization
• Process SOPs - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
• Process gaps - Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, future-state solutions aligned to system capabilities
• Process design - Support process design aligned to enterprise platforms and reporting requirements
• Requirements Solution Delivery - Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements
• Requirements translation - Translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Delivery lifecycle - Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment and release support
• Compliance alignment - Ensure solutions align with business processes, platform capabilities, and compliance requirements
• Platform Operational Support - Support the sustainability platform across both enhancement (change) and production (run) activities
• Reporting issue resolution - Assist with reporting, issue resolution, and platform usage support
• Testing hypercare - Support testing, hypercare, and ongoing production operations
• Data monitoring - Monitor system usage and data outputs to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaboration - Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance
• Continuous Improvement - Leverage operational insights and user feedback to drive improvements in processes, data quality, and reporting
• Adoption of new capabilities - Support adoption of new platform capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled features
• Optimization - Contribute to ongoing optimization of sustainability reporting processes

Required Experience Qualifications

• Core Experience - 710 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in enterprise environments; Strong experience in: process analysis and design; requirements gathering and documentation; data analysis and reporting
• Sustainability / ESG Experience - 23 years of experience in Sustainability / ESG preferred, including: GHG data management and reporting; familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD / ESRS beneficial); Candidates with strong enterprise and audit experience and interest in sustainability are encouraged to apply
• Preferred / Nice to Have - Experience supporting ERP ecosystem environments (Finance, HR, Operations); Exposure to audit-controlled environments, such as: SOX; or equivalent regulatory frameworks (e.g., Japanese internal controls); Experience supporting systems used for compliance, reporting, or audit
• Key Competencies - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders; Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency; Experience working in cross-functional, global environments; Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
