Job summary

GetixHealth, LLC is seeking an experienced AR Calling specialist to join our Bengaluru team. You will handle outbound calls to insurance companies, work on denied and unpaid claims, analyze EOBs, and support denial management to ensure timely AR resolution.

The role requires at least 2 years of AR Calling experience, solid knowledge of the RCM cycle, and the ability to work US shifts. Prior exposure to EPIC, Eclinicalworks or Kareo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AR Calling (PB/HB).
• Strong understanding of RCM Cycle.
• Good knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-ups.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
• Experience with tools like EPIC, Eclinicalworks, Kareo is a plus.
