Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking AR Callers (Accounts Receivable Callers) to handle insurance follow-ups and ensure timely payment of medical claims in a high-volume environment. You will contact insurance companies to check claim status, resolve denials, correct billing issues, and appeal underpaid or rejected claims.

The role requires following up on unpaid/denied claims, analyzing EOBs, submitting corrections and appeals, identifying root causes of denials, maintaining billing-system

Qualifications

• Experience in Denial management on CMS 1500 / UB04 / EV.
• Willing to work in US shift.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers welcome.
• Experience range 0.8 months to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance on unpaid or denied claims.
• Analyze EOBs and payer responses.
• Submit claim corrections and appeals.
• Identify root causes of denials and underpayments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems.

Role & responsibilities:

AR Callers (Accounts Receivable Callers) handle insurance follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely payment of medical claims. They contact insurance companies to check claim status, resolve denials, correct billing issues, and appeal underpaid or rejected claims. AR Callers play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and reducing outstanding accounts receivable.
