Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Operations Associate in Mumbai to support daily business operations, maintain SOPs, and prepare KPI reports. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and other teams to drive process improvements and automation while handling system tasks and data checks.

The role requires 1–3 years in business operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in shifts. This position offers exposure to global processes within an equal opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred in business/operations or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business operations or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP/CRM systems.
