• Provide immediate treatment for workplace injuries, cuts, burns, falls, and medical emergencies before transport to a hospital.
• Conduct pre-employment medical checks, periodic health surveillance, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Maintain strict, confidential digital and physical logs of daily patient visits, accident reports, and injury claims (such as workers' compensation).
• Monitor OHC pharmacy supplies, check emergency medical kits across the facility, and assist with statutory health and safety compliance (e.g., Factories Act guidelines in India).
• Coordinate health promotion workshops, ergonomic advice, and routine immunization or health check camps
