Role

Retail Sales Executive – Broker Partnership

Responsibilities

• Activate local property broker networks
• Schedule weekly visits to properties shared by brokers
• Share quotations and negotiate prices with broker partners
• Pitch furnishing packages based on property size and dimensions
• Hunt and generate new leads and build a strong funnel
• Handle end‑to‑end operations of activated broker accounts
• Participate in retail sales and store management activities as required
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams like marketing & category to stay abreast of updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in brokerage/real estate sales, managing accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to promote rental services and close sales
• Motivated to do extensive field sales
• Understanding of local real‑estate market trends and prices
• Owns a two‑wheel vehicle and fluent in Kannada
