  • Support flexible shift schedules to provide reliable operational coverage, including requirements associated with round-the-clock support.
  • Perform comprehensive system testing covering functionality, configuration, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support by gathering customer information, creating and tracking Jira tickets, conducting troubleshooting, and driving issues through root-cause analysis and resolution.

  • Develop and maintain Bash and Python automation scripts to improve system operations, testing, and troubleshooting efficiency.
  • Produce clear and accurate technical documentation, including patch upgrade procedures, fix reports, and related system information.
  • Lead system-level regression testing and compare pre- and post-upgrade performance to validate system stability and functionality.
  • Support remote customer environments through upgrades, troubleshooting, validation, and rollback procedures.
  • Follow applicable organizational policies, procedures, technical standards, and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to additional technical, operational, and customer-support initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in broadcast engineering, system support, technical operations, or a closely related environment.
  • Solid understanding of broadcast workflows, video streaming, media systems, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, configuration, performance, and system-level testing.
  • Proven experience providing Tier-2/Tier-3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and conducting root-cause analysis.

  • Experience using Jira or similar issue-tracking and management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Bash and Python for automation and system operations.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing or production systems where reliability and rapid issue resolution are critical.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel to customer sites for service, support, demonstrations, and system engagements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to diagnosing complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering and customer-facing teams while also working independently when required.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced broadcast technology environment.
