Job summary

ASC Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly skilled Bridge Design Engineers to join the Engineering and Design Division.

The role focuses on the structural design of major bridges, PSC bridges, flyovers and related structures, ensuring compliance with IRC, IS and project standards. Key tasks include analysis, design calculations, model reviews and preparation of drawings, with collaboration across highway, geotechnical and construction teams.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in bridge structural design.
• Strong understanding of bridge engineering principles, structural analysis, load combinations, seismic design and foundation systems.
• Proficiency in MIDAS Civil; working knowledge of STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex engineering assignments with technical ownership, precision and accountability.
• Experience with major bridges or specialized bridge structures will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural analysis and design of major bridges, PSC bridges, flyovers, ROBs, piers, foundations and superstructures.
• Prepare and review design calculations, structural analysis models, design reports and detailed drawings.
• Work on complex bridge structures, including cable-stayed, extra-dosed, segmental and long-span bridges, wherever project requirements demand.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IRC, IS and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and construction teams to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions.
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues and support design reviews and value engineering.
• Guide junior engineers and ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery of design outputs.
