• Build and manage a strong client database; nurture relationships through follow-ups and sales funnel management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bridal / Fashion Consultant with strong knowledge of luxury womenswear (bridal experience preferred).

The ideal candidate will deliver an elevated in-store experience, drive sales performance, and build long-term client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across luxury womenswear collections, with a strong understanding of bridal styling preferred.
• Assist clients in selecting outfits by offering personalized styling advice aligned with their preferences and occasions.
• Drive store revenue by actively contributing to sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Collaborate closely with stylists, designers, and store managers for inventory planning, trend insights, and customer feedback sharing.
• Build and manage a strong client database; nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups and structured sales funnel management.
• Ensure an exceptional, seamless in-store customer experience that reflects the brands luxury positioning.
