Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Breakfast & Bakery Chef for a reputed hospitality opportunity in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in breakfast preparation, bakery products, food preparation, kitchen operations, customer service, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes and bakery products .
  
• Handle daily breakfast and bakery kitchen operations .
  
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and quality.
  
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitation .
  
• Manage ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
  
• Coordinate with waiters and other kitchen staff for smooth service.
  
• Support customer service by ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  
• Follow food safety procedures and hospitality industry standards.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas.
  

Salary: ₹74,000 INR per month

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Breakfast Chef, Bakery Chef, Commis Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role .
  
• Good knowledge of breakfast preparation and bakery products .
  
• Able to communicate effectively in English .
  
• Good customer handling and communication skills .
  
• Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety .
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
  
• Age: Below 30 years.
  
• Candidates with relevant GCC/Oman hospitality experience will be preferred.
