Job Description

Develop and implement a cohesive, long-term brand strategy aligned with the firm’s vision, mission, and business goals.

Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (written and visual) for the website, social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), brochures, and newsletters.

Manage the firm’s awards strategy, including writing submissions and coordinating project documentation for national and international competitions.

Manage the firm’s digital platforms, ensuring that content is current, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.

Ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all internal and external communications.

Ensure that all presentations and proposals maintain visual consistency.

Collaborate with design teams to produce sophisticated case studies, project brochures, and portfolios that highlight the firm’s expertise.

Monitor the development of conceptual diagrams explaining project intent, based on an understanding of architectural and interior projects, and consolidate them into a document.

Create and monitor the social media calendar in line with Edifice’s brand strategy.

Oversee the curation of content and graphics in line with Edifice’s brand identity.

Plan and oversee the creation of podcast visual assets for video content.

Build and maintain relationships with architecture journalists, editors, and industry influencers to secure press coverage.

Plan and execute marketing activities, including award ceremonies, speaking opportunities, exhibitions, and client networking events.

Coordinate professional photo shoots, including staging in collaboration with architects.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes Required

Strong editorial skills (including case studies and press releases) combined with a high level of aesthetic sensibility and excellent visual storytelling ability.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D modelling tools (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max), and Microsoft Office/Keynote. Knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Square space) is an added advantage.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

A genuine interest in architecture, social media, branding, and communications.
