Job summary

Faces Canada offers a 6-month internship with the brand marketing team in Mumbai, combining in-office and remote work. You will gain hands-on experience across brand management, creative work, copywriting, influencer partnerships, and campaign delivery.

You will collaborate with designers and agencies, craft captions and product descriptions, assist in influencer outreach, and support launches while tracking performance and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or Business.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.
• Creative thinking with a good sense of visual design and engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and agencies on social media content and visuals.
• Write captions, product descriptions, and marketing copy for online and offline use.
• Identify creators and influencers, send briefs, review content, and track deliverables.
• Coordinate product shipments, update catalogs, support launches, arrange photoshoots, manage sampling.

Job description

About the role:

• 6-month internship with the Faces Canada brand marketing team
• Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days from home, based in Mumbai
• Hands-on experience across brand management, creative work, copywriting, influencer partnerships, and campaign delivery

What you'll do:

• Work with designers and agencies on social media content, e-commerce visuals, product pages, and in-store materials
• Write captions, product descriptions, campaign slogans, and marketing text for online and offline use
• Help find creators and influencers, send briefs, review their content, and track deliverables
• Coordinate product shipments, update catalogues, support product launches, arrange photoshoots, manage sampling, and run campaign activities
• Build and maintain campaign tracking sheets, check how content performs, and make sure deadlines are met
• Experiment with AI tools to brainstorm ideas, improve copy, research, and boost team productivity

What they're looking for:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, Business, or related field
• Strong writing and speaking skills
• Creative thinking with a good sense of visual design and engaging content
• Organised, detail-oriented, reliable
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and social media
• Preferred: experience with Canva, AI tools, Instagram, YouTube, or previous marketing or social media internships
