Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced UX/Brand Designer to own the visual identity for its brand portfolio, collaborating with design leadership, brand teams, insights, and global design. You will lead designers and translate research into compelling design concepts.

You will drive final design decisions, ensure artwork readiness for production, and demonstrate a clear point of view with entrepreneurial vision while thriving in a fast-paced interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of deep brand design experience.
• Graphic designer degree or similar.
• Extraordinary design taste and skill.
• Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software (3D software knowledge is a bonus).
• Strong project management and design management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the visual identity for specific brands in the portfolio, collaborating with Senior Design Manager and Design Director, brand teams, insights teams and global design while leading design team members.
• Generate creative design proposals (scenarios, concepts) to visualize outputs and share with internal/external teams.
• Participate in research activities and translate customer needs into actionable design requirements and execute those requirements into design solutions.
• Drive final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution/production.
