Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Platinum/High Net-Worth customers for the bank.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing premium customers.
• Cross-sell banking products such as:
  • CASA
  • Fixed Deposits
  • Insurance
  • Mutual Funds
  • Credit Cards
  • Loans and Wealth Products
• Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Conduct client meetings and relationship-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Generate leads through references and market activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience in Banking, CASA, Wealth, Insurance, or Sales preferred.
