Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Branch Relationship Executive - NCV in Madurai, Tamil Nadu to drive used commercial vehicle financing and build strong customer relationships. The role is permanent and field-based.

You will manage documentation, ensure timely loan proposals, and work with channels to source opportunities while maintaining compliance and delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a consistent pipeline of applications from customers needing finance for used CVs.
• Manage relationships with customers, addressing requirements timely and professionally.
• Ensure documentation for loan proposals is gathered promptly to support First Time Right.
• Appoint new UCVD & DOST channels for alternate sourcing.
• Track and complete PDD documents for loan disbursement.
• Ensure 100% compliance with RBI rules and other regulatory requirements.

• Develop consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchase of Used Commercial Vehicles through direct sourcing, Dealers, market references etc.,
• Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice ‘First Time Right’ principle.
• Appoint New UCVD & DOST channels for alternate sourcing
• Tracking & Completion of PDD documents for loan disbursement
• Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
