Job summary

SRG Housing Finance (SRGHFL) in Virar invites applications for a Branch Operations role. You will oversee daily branch activities, ensure smooth operations, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, credit, and collections teams, managing documentation and data entry, handling cash processes, and preparing MIS reports to monitor branch performance. Experience in BFSI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in branch operations (NBFC/BFSI preferred).
• Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
