IIFL Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch sales and operations at our Mumbai area office. You will manage a team, drive revenue, monitor daily activities, and maintain high customer service standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership and accountability for branch performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in gold valuation, with at least 12 years in gold appraisal preferred, and will lead generation efforts using CRM tools to acquire new business.

Qualifications

Must have prior team leadership and branch-level sales/operations experience.
Minimum 12 years in Gold Valuation / Gold Appraisal preferred.
