YES BANK in Jaipur is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive CASA growth, and achieve targets across deposits, retail assets and third-party products. You will manage customer relationships, including HNI clients, and guide the team to deliver excellent service while ensuring strict compliance with KYC, AML and RBI guidelines.

The role requires strong sales, leadership and banking knowledge, with a track record of meeting targets and maintaining high standards of service.

Competenze

• Graduate in any discipline, MBA/PGDM preferred in finance or marketing.
• Experience in branch banking with a reputed bank is required.
• Solid knowledge of CASA, deposits and retail banking products.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets.
