Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager in the Retail Liabilities vertical to drive growth, oversee operations, and deliver superior customer service at a branch level.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage profitability and regulatory compliance, and push cross-selling of deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and other products to meet targets. This role requires strong sales acumen, leadership, and a focus on service quality, with responsibility for P&L and day-to-day branch

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from existing and new customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products.
• Lead sales initiatives for Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
• Generate fee-based income through strategic product offerings.
• Oversee branch administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Foster a productive and motivated branch team environment.
• Take ownership of the branch’s Profit & Loss and break-even performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for product innovation and marketing initiatives.
