Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for its Retail Liabilities vertical in India. You will lead a high-performing team, drive branch profitability, enhance deposit growth, and ensure superior customer service across all touchpoints.

You will promote cross-selling of financial products, manage regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on product and marketing initiatives, while taking ownership of P&L and branch operations.
