Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for the Retail Liabilities vertical to drive growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing branch team.

You will oversee profitability and risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote cross-selling of deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and other products while coordinating with product and marketing teams. This role requires strong sales acumen and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from existing and new customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products.
• Lead sales initiatives for Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
• Generate fee-based income through strategic product offerings.
• Oversee branch administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Foster a productive and motivated branch team environment.
• Take ownership of the branch’s Profit & Loss and break-even performance.
