Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and branch profitability in line with the Annual Business Plan. The role reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will lead the branch team, set and break down targets, motivate sales staff, plan promotions with marketing, and build long‑lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area with 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• Excellent individual performer with prior team handling experience.
• Experience directing branch sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with ABP.
• Direct the branch team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, breaking them geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
• Motivate & direct sales teams to meet sales targets & KPIs.
• Plan and implement branch sales promotions in consultation with marketing.
• Help in implementing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/territory/pack mix decisions.
• Focus on new channels like Institutions and Direct Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
• Drive Branch sales by developing field sales action plans

About the Role

• The Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability of the Branch on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan. The incumbent will report to the Regional Manager / General Manager PSD. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
• To direct the branch team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
• To motivate & direct sales teams to meet sales targets & agreed KPIs.
• To plan and implement branch sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
• Help in implementing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
• Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and Direct Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
• Drive Branch sales by developing field sales action plans

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement
