Job summary

NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd invites applications for a Branch Manager - Investment to lead financial products distribution in the Kerala location, driving business growth and commissions.

The role requires strong leadership to coach staff, ensure adherence to policies, develop product knowledge, and implement business plans while maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance. You will recruit and groom a high‑performing sales team and collaborate with product/marketing teams.

Qualifications

• PG degree with 3+ years of experience or Graduation with 5+ years in financial services.
• Experience in branch sales, financial products distribution, and team leadership.
• Ability to drive business targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location.
• Oversee and manage the branch staff, including coaching, development and discipline to meet sales targets and policies.
• Groom the team on product knowledge and system usages to achieve business objectives.
• Design and implement business plans, ensure branch compliance, policies and processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and guide employees toward set goals.
• Recruit Financial Products Distributor and drive product sales and related targets.

Education

Postgraduate degree + 3 years experience or Graduation + 5 years experience

Primary Role

• Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location.
• To oversee and manage the branch staff, including their coaching, development and discipline to help meet sales targets, strict adherence to policies and procedures, and to provide services.
• Groom the team on product knowledge, system usages and guiding them to achieve the business objectives.
• Help the team design and implement the business plans, ensuring branch compliance, policies, and processes.
• To do the regular performance review of employees, and evaluate, and guide them toward achieving the set goal.
