Job summary

Headcounts Hr is seeking an experienced Retail Branch Banking professional to lead daily branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will oversee sales teams, set strategies to boost revenue, manage regulatory and risk controls, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
• 4-8 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or similar BFSI role.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products & services; ability to develop innovative solutions for customers.
