Job summary

Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited is seeking a Branch Manager in India to lead sales, drive digitisation, and build a high-performing team. The role emphasizes achieving annual targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining portfolio quality across the region.

The candidate will guide CROs and BMs, coordinate with risk, marketing, and other stakeholders, and represent the brand in the market while ensuring effective cost management.

Qualifications

• Experience of LAP, BL or HL is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Owing and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within territory and expanding customer base.
• Drive initiatives like sales process reengineering and digitisation; develop CROs and BMs.
• Lead and direct team to achieve business goals; liaise with stakeholders on strategic plans.
• Portfolio management with the risk team to identify stress points and implement corrective actions.
• Drive branch productivity while maintaining portfolio quality; increase Vistaars brand visibility.
• Marketing planning and promotion through the Marketing Department; manage costs (Salary, Incentives, LOC, sourcing).
• Build a motivated, delivery-focused team; analyze and address branch-level challenges.
• Develop org and prepare the team for extended roles as a lender of choice across the country.
• Lead by Vistaar values; maintain culture and reputation with customers.
• Increase Vistaars visibility in all locations and among employees' families.
• Mentor high-potential professionals and build future leaders.
• Drive consensus on Vistaar processes and policies.

Role & responsibilities

• Owing and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory, expand customer base
• Drive new initiatives like sales process reengineering, digitisation etc. Drive core skillsets enhancement across CROs and BMs.
• Leading and directing team to ensure that they achieve their Business Goals in accordance with Organizational Strategy (Portfolio Size, Quality, Revenues and Profit for the financial Year). Liaise with other stake holders on the implementation of Companys strategic and operational plans.
• Portfolio management along with the risk team to identify areas of stress and undertake preventive and corrective measures. Product Profitability across segments
• Drive branches to the required level of productivity, while maintaining portfolio quality as per metrics. Make Vistaars brand visible in the catchment areas
• Ensure Efficient and Effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing Department
• Cost Management - Tracking cost lines - Salary, Incentives, LOC, sales management, direct and channel sourcing
