You will collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth disbursement and adherence to DOA guidelines and regulatory standards, fostering accuracy and efficiency in credit assessment.

Qualificações

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years in credit appraisal/underwriting; fintech/digital lending exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of retail lending policies and scorecards.
• Experience in digital KYC and fraud screening.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate digital loan applications within defined TAT using scorecards and policy rules.
• Perform digital KYC, bureau checks, income surrogates, and fraud screening; elevate suspicious cases.
• Prepare concise credit notes for non-STP or exceptional cases; recommend DOA-based decisions.
• Ensure documentation and post-disbursement closure where applicable.
• Coordinate with sales/operations for clarifications and smooth disbursement.
• Monitor early vintage performance/FPD and provide feedback to improve filters.
• Adhere to underwriting policy, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate digital loan applications within definedturnaround time (TAT) using scorecards and policy rules.
• Perform digital KYC, bureau checks, income surrogates, and fraud screening; elevate suspicious cases.
• Prepare concise credit notes/CAMs for non-STP orexception cases; recommend decisions as per DOA.
• Ensure accurate documentation and track post ‑ disbursement document (PDD) closure where applicable.
• Coordinate with sales/operations for clarifications, rework, and smooth disbursement.
• Monitor early vintage performance/FPD for approved cases and provide feedback to improve filters.
• Adhere to underwriting policy, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards, clear QA observations & PDs of specific cases.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of retail lending credit policies and scorecards.
• Proficiency in digital KYC, fraud control, and MIStools.
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation.

Educational Qualifications and Experience
