Job summary

Oxygenonline is looking for candidates to undergo structured training in retail and branch management functions in Kottayam, Kerala. You will assist the Branch General Manager in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets while monitoring daily sales performance and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field and MBA candidates will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA would be an advantage.
