Job summary

Imarque Solutions is seeking a Team Leader to drive a customer service team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role emphasizes daily and monthly target attainment, coaching, and performance reviews to maintain quality and high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Team Leader experience, strong English communication, and additional Kannada or Telugu language skills. Candidates with BPO/Voice background are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years as a Team Leader/Team Handling role.
Experience in BPO/Voice/Customer Service preferred.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and attendance.
Conduct regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
Ensure process compliance and achieve KPI targets.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
Experience in BPO/Voice/Customer Service preferred.
