• Position Description

The purpose of this role is to provide effective execution for Bharti Airtel Environment to ensure adherence to defined quality, performance, and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Finance Analysis & Optimization
• Drive path to profitability for the business by reducing the costs and eliminating any inefficiencies
• Monitoring product wise / segment wise / region wise performance vs targets
• Validation of various business cases – OPEX / CAPEX approvals
• Submission of business plans and monthly P&L forecast
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan basis underlying growth, Market data, Competition benchmarking in discussion with the business teams
• Monitoring of key KPIs through financial reports, variance analysis

Risk & Control

Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to leadership to eliminate risks and leakages

People Management
