Job summary

Accolite is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Bengaluru with 6-9 years of experience in Capital Markets. The role requires strong knowledge of financial products, including Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX, along with hands-on experience in SQL and Excel.

The successful candidate will gather and document business requirements, manage the trade lifecycle, support UAT/SIT testing, and deliver insights through data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial products including Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX.
• Good understanding of trade lifecycle encompassing front, middle, and back office.
