Job summary

Systematix Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements for stock broking and wealth management projects. The role focuses on translating business needs into BRDs, process flows, and user stories, coordinating with technology teams for effective development and implementation.

You will collaborate with Trading, RMS, KYC, Compliance, PMS and Operations, crafting BRD/FSD, UAT documents, and test scenarios while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Stock Broking.
• Good understanding of RMS, Trading, KYC, Compliance, PMS, Wealth, IPO, DP and Settlement.
• Strong elicitation and documentation (BRD/FSD/user stories) and process mapping (Visio).
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Power BI and advanced Excel functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience with broking software platforms (OMS/RMS/PMS/back-office systems) is highly desirable.
