Optimum Solutions is seeking an experienced BOT Developer Engineer specializing in Kore.ai Artemis to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents. The role focuses on multi-agent orchestration, effective prompt engineering, and seamless integration with core business systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in Conversational AI, hands-on Kore.ai XO10/XO11/Artemis experience, and a strong grasp of LLMs, RAG, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of chatbot/conversational AI development experience.
• Experience with Kore.ai XO10/XO11/Artemis platform.
• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLMs/RAG.
• Enterprise-grade integration and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI Agents using Kore.ai Artemis.
• Build multi-agent orchestration with Goals, Tasks, Tools, Memory, Handoffs, and Delegation.
• Develop conversational solutions using Kore.ai, including Dialog Tasks, FAQs, Search AI, and Knowledge AI.
• Create and maintain Agent Blueprint Language (ABL) artifacts.
• Integrate enterprise-approved LLMs, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering capabilities.
• Implement AI guardrails, grounding, hallucination prevention, content filtering, and governance.
• Integrate bots and AI agents with CRM, Core Banking, Middleware APIs, Authentication Services, and Data Platforms.
• Develop and consume REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Support automated testing, AI evaluation, prompt testing, UAT, production validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support CI/CD, environment migration, releases, hyper-care, and production support.
