We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Kore.ai, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Contact Center Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered virtual assistants, Agent Assist capabilities, and intelligent automation solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize contact center operations.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations, along with strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered Agent Assist capabilities and intelligent AI agents to improve customer service and contact center operations.
