Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented BOQ – Interior & Turnkey Specialist to strengthen our project planning and cost management functions. The role requires in‑depth expertise in bill of quantities preparation, estimation, and cost control for interior and turnkey projects. The successful candidate will work closely with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and adherence to technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior and turnkey projects, based on approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, and budgeting for projects at pre‑tender and execution stages.
Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings to extract precise quantities.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, procurement, and execution) to ensure alignment on scope, specifications, and budgets.
Evaluate and validate vendor and subcontractor quotations, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
Assist in tender documentation, bid evaluation, and finalization of project costs.
Monitor project costs, variations, and deviations; support effective cost control and value engineering initiatives.
Support billing, certification, and reconciliation activities during project execution.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
