Job summary

Jakson Group in Noida/Kolkata/Hyderabad seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for BOP Execution in Retail Genset projects. You will oversee end-to-end BOP activities, ensure timely installation, safety compliance, and quality while coordinating with sales, SCM, service, and vendors.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel across the region to deliver customer satisfaction and successful project closure.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in DG/Genset, EPC, Electrical, or Industrial Project Execution.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of BOP activities for DG/Genset projects across the region.
• Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Service, Vendors, and Customers for seamless project execution.
• Monitor installation progress, commissioning timelines, and site readiness.
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project quality.
• Handle contractor/vendor coordination, billing verification, and project closure documentation.
• Drive timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
