Our client is a leading construction company in the USA with diverse operations in real estate and hospitality. They are expanding their finance and accounting team rapidly and are looking for skilled bookkeepers to support their growth.

Role Overview

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts, and supporting month‑end closings. You will work with industry-standard accounting software to maintain up-to-date financial records, support reporting requirements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions in line with company policies and GAAP.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing processes.
• Generate and review financial reports for management and auditors.
• Work closely with operations teams to align project cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (real estate, hospitality, logistics) to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following accounting systems: (none listed).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
