You will partner with business users, process owners, and technical teams to ensure BOM-related processes are efficient, governed, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements. Qualificações

• Experience with engineering BOMs, manufacturing BOMs, and product configuration processes.
• Familiarity with ECO/ECN and release management processes.
• Experience in PLM operations, user support, or business process ownership.
• Knowledge of data governance and master data quality.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, UAT, and release adoption.
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or other PLM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for BOM-related processes in the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM environment.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to BOM creation, maintenance, release, and change processes.
• Support day-to-day PLM operations, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT teams to improve BOM processes and user experience.
• Identify, document, and prioritize enhancement opportunities for BOM workflows, structures, and related PLM capabilities.
• Drive user adoption through training, job aids, process documentation, and hands-on support.
• Promote standard work and best practices for BOM creation, maintenance, governance, and change control.
• Monitor BOM data quality and support corrective actions to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of process or system enhancements.
• Support change management activities related to new PLM capabilities, process updates, and user onboarding.
• Track and report support trends, recurring issues, adoption challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to governance and compliance for BOM-related data and processes.

Job Summary

• Familiarity with change processes such as ECO, ECN, and release management
• Experience in PLM operations, user support, or business process ownership
• Knowledge of data governance, master data quality, and process controls
• Experience supporting system enhancements, UAT, and release adoption
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Experience supporting BOM, product data, or PLM-related processes in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and/or other PLM platforms
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle processes, and engineering change management
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and end users
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain process and system concepts to non-technical users
• Experience creating training materials, work instructions, or user documentation
