Solar Industries India Limited in Nagpur seeks a Boiler Attendant to operate and maintain a steam boiler, monitor parameters, and ensure safe, compliant operation.

You will oversee coal handling, maintenance, log documentation, and support emission and environmental safety standards in daily boiler activities. Training and safety protocols apply.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain 20/12/6TPH steam generator boiler as per statutory norms.
• Monitor and control boiler operations using PLC/DCS systems.
• Manage coal handling operations, receiving, unloading, and storage of coal/briquette.
• Operate coal, briquette conveyors, crushers, and feeders.
• Ensure proper coal feeding for optimal combustion.
• Plan and execute annual maintenance of boiler and auxiliary systems, including inspection of pressure parts, tubes, and refractory.
• Overhaul of valves, safety devices, and instrumentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for statutory inspections and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with emission norms (SOx, NOx, particulate matter) and maintain records for environmental audits.
• Perform routine checks on water quality, fuel supply, and steam parameters.
• Maintain logs for boiler performance, coal consumption, maintenance activities, and emission reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep of boiler and coal handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) and environmental safety standards.

• Operate and maintain 20/12/6TPH steam generator Boiler as per statutory norms. SOP .PEM recommenations
• Monitor and control boiler operations using PLC/DCS systems.
• Manage coal handling operations,
• Receiving, unloading, and storage of coal/briqutte
• Operation of coal, briquette conveyors, crushers, and feeders.
• Ensuring proper coal feeding for optimal combustion.
