• Should have good experience in Gap & flush measurements.

• Use instruments like Dial Gauge, scale, etc.

• Able to understand the matching condition of various child parts and perform stage-wise analysis.

• Good knowledge of inspection fixtures and various settings.

• Ability to operate CATIA for dimensional verification and cross-sectional analysis.

• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting to seniors.

• Analyze field issues and take appropriate actions.

• Involved regularly in cost-saving activities.

• Ensure timely clearance of scrap parts (OS&D) related to supplier issues.

• Keep track of dimensional data and resolve issues promptly.

• Work as part of a cross-functional team for paint and assembly shop issues.

• Conduct teardown analysis of moving parts and report findings on time.

• Ensure Corrective Measures (C/M) are implemented on time (in-house/supplier).

• Follow daily check management and report issues regularly.
