Qualifications

• Graduate with BE/ BTech in Electronics/ E&C/ Computers or BSc IT/ Electronics/ Dip.
• 4–6 years in System Commissioning and fault finding in IBMS/ ELV environments.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi; strong project handover skills.
• Proven track record of site engagements and multi-site project handling.

Responsibilities

• Undertake testing and commissioning activities per site requirements.
• Responsible for site handover (technically) and documentation.
• Identify problems and resolve shortcomings in existing systems.
• Monitor progress, record test results, and witness final testing and acceptance.
• Ensure safe testing and commissioning to meet system performance targets.
• Ensure project aims are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Travel to client sites as required and interface with management/teams.
• Vetting of technical documents and project plans before start.
• Train site engineers and ensure engineering drawings and schematics are accurate.

Howell is looking for Mid-level, motivated, Technically Sound Person who has extensive Project Handling, System Commissioning, Fault finding, resolution handling experience in BMS ( Building Management System ).

The role is responsible for the management of the projects, spread across Indian Territory. Responsible for system handover and execution with experience in product training and project management.

The person should be result-oriented, with a focus on execution and handling the final handover of the system to customer.

The candidate from ELV (Electronic low voltage) industry is must.

The candidate should have solid experience in ELV systems BMS) of at -least 4-6 years

Reporting: The position reports to the AGM/ DGM

Interfaces with:

• Senior Management
• Functional Management/ Project Teams
• Customers/ Architects/ Consultants

Key responsibilities

He must ensure that the client's requirements are met; the project is completed within the comments and customer satisfaction.

Typical responsibilities include:

1. 1. Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
2. 2. Responsible for Site Handover (Technically)
3. 3. Identifying problems and finding resolution shortcomings with existing systems.
4. 4. Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
5. 5. Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary System performance in accordance with project program requirements.

Desired profile of the candidate:
