Carrier in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned lead engineer to head a small team handling remote commissioning projects. You will drive SLA/KPI achievement, delegate tasks, and monitor progress, ensuring operational excellence.

You will leverage AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive insights, perform performance reviews, and report metrics. The role involves hybrid work with rotational shifts and night schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of engineers handling remote commissioning projects.
• Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables.
• Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and implement corrective actions.
• Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure adequate headcount planning and leave tracking for continuity.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports and performance metrics.
• Perform detailed escalation and trend analysis.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize best practices.
• Conduct regular technical and process training sessions for team development.
