Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Lead/Manager to oversee a team of engineers handling remote commissioning projects in Bengaluru. The role requires ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables are met, with strong analytics and reporting to drive improvements.

The candidate will lead performance evaluations, headcount planning, and coaching, while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup that includes night shifts.

• Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables.
• Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and implement corrective actions.
• Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure headcount planning and leave tracking for continuity.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights.
• Prepare accurate reports and performance metrics.
• Drive process optimization and standardize best practices.
• Conduct regular technical and process training sessions for team development.

• Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables.
• Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and implement corrective/preventive action plans.
• Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure adequate headcount planning and leave tracking for operational continuity.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports and performance metrics.
• Perform detailed escalation and trend analysis.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize best practices.
• Conduct regular technical and process training sessions for team development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid model with rotational week off and night shifts.
