Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Sc in Microbiology or Chemistry with relevant QA exposure.
• Postgraduate in Science (MS/M.Sc) in any specialization preferred.
• Understanding of FSSAI guidelines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Overall In-charge of bulk milk cooler operation at the location.
• Monitor milk collection, sampling and testing, and QA activities.
• Maintain documentation as per FSSAI and ensure hygienic practices.
